You can take the girl out of Jersey, but you can’t take the Jersey out of the girl! I moved to Arizona to attend ASU in 1990 and never left. I started my career in advertising right out of the gate after graduating from ASU in 1995 and later founded Brooks Advertising in 1999. I cut my teeth on media buying, and continued to learn pretty much every role pertaining to the advertising world. I oversee all aspects of the company, including creative, branding, design, production, and everything in between. I’ve built excellent relationships with all of my media partners across the country for everything and anything you can imagine: radio, television, outdoor, online, print and social media, even stilt walkers if that’s what ya need! So what does this all mean for you? My relationships and experience ensure the most precise media plans with the least amount of waste, period.
A little somethin’ extra about the “Top Cat”:
In February of 2011, I was blessed with the opportunity to co-host “The Sludge Nation” on 93.3 KDKB in Phoenix. I also sit on the board of Sun Devil Family Charities which is a 501-c3 foundation with the sole purpose of raising funds to assist Sun Devil (ASU) faculty members, students, and alumni; who have financial hardship as a result of illness.
When I’m not running a business, on the air or raising 2 kids, you’ll find me on the golf course, at the gym, in a quiet place meditating, on a mountain snowboarding, bustin’ a move to my favorite tunes or at the airport going somewhere amazing. I am SO very lucky to live a truly blessed life here in the Valley of the Sun with my two incredible, smart, gorgeous children and my beautiful mom/BFF…all of which I am not biased about at ALL! And in my spare time? I sleep.
Karen Knudsen

Relax, you are in extremely trained hands. My extensive retail advertising career has been building steam since 1997. I am lucky enough to manage and oversee all activity for each account nationwide. My expertise lies in creating marketing strategies and cutting edge creative to drive any retail business, and I have extensive experience in the automotive industry: auto dealers, dealer groups, and associations. I utilize all forms of media, and in my spare time have developed Ubix Automotive, a revolutionary fully automated email-based communication system that increases closing ratios, profit centers and customer retention.
A few additional tidbits about the "Queen of Results":
My favorite activities are hiking, yoga, travelling, and occasionally I stop and sit with a good book and hot cup of tea. I recently ran a half marathon on the Great Wall of China. I’m a professional singer and have been fortunate enough to perform all over the world with groups such as BYU Singers, Phoenix Vocal Jazz, The Phoenix Symphony, and Arizona Opera. I recorded a Christmas CD with my sisters, [knudsensisters.com] called "Joy". I currently sing with the 2-time Grammy award winning Phoenix Chorale, and I serve as the featured vocalist at All-Saints Episcopal Church. I live in Gilbert with my two amazing yet “spirited” children, who teach me more than I could ever teach them, and without whom, I would be lost.
Careena Daly
Executive Assistant Extraordinaire
Careena has many years of experience being awesome at everything, so we snatched her up as soon as we could! As executive assistant, Careena manages all of us. She takes care of client needs, coordinates a million projects at once, and makes sure we all get everything done on time. She’s brilliant at solving all challenges, finding new ways to be ultra efficient, and getting jobs done in about a quarter of the time of a “normal” person. She truly is a superhuman and we can’t live without her!

Careena grew up in Mesa, AZ before moving to the White Mountains to support her husband through school. Spending time with her family is her favorite hobby, and she also enjoys reading, cross stitching, hiking, running, working out, and learning new things. She is a new mother to a beautiful baby girl Gwen and enjoys watching her learn and grow every day. Careena enjoys working and loves to push herself to be her best every day. She feels so blessed to have a loving family and enjoys every minute of every day with them.
Dee Belsterling
Office Goddess
Every office needs a Goddess, right? Well, meet Dee! We cajoled her away from the legal field in 2001. Dee is a delightful mix of efficiency and resourcefulness, and her experience in all phases of administrative duties has made her an essential member of our team. She seems to know exactly what we need before we do, and her positive attitude and enthusiasm is infectious! She keeps this high performance machine well-oiled, well stocked, and always in tip top shape! Dee is always happy, quick- witted and right on time with that afternoon cup of coffee!!
Some extra morsels about the Office Goddess…
Dee moved to Arizona in 1995 from suburban Northern New Jersey where she raised her two daughters, along with dogs, cats, birds, rabbits and chickens! She puts Martha Stewart to shame in the kitchen, and she loves reading, yoga and meditation. Her passion is sewing and decorating. Dee is a Reiki Practitioner, Foot Zonologist and enjoys aromatherapy. Dee’s delightfully busy work and family life keep her feeling very fortunate and young at heart!
